A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support the modernization of the Department of Veterans Affairs clinical contact centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare and call center data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, quality, and compliance metrics
- Ensure data integrity through validation and cleaning processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
- 3-10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, healthcare/call center analytics, or process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Experience working in team-based, fast-paced environments
- Ability to obtain Federal Government clearance
