A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support the US Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and security
- Prepare monthly data analysis reports, including key metrics and performance indicators
- Create data maps and visualizations to support decision-making
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or research
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation design and methodologies
- Experience navigating OMB clearance processes and/or IRB protocols for human subjects research
