Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support the US Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and security
• Prepare monthly data analysis reports, including key metrics and performance indicators
• Create data maps and visualizations to support decision-making

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or research
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
• Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation design and methodologies
• Experience navigating OMB clearance processes and/or IRB protocols for human subjects research
