Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and support business objectives
• Build and maintain dashboards and develop automated reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and improve data quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Familiarity with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn advanced analytics skills
