Key Responsibilities

• Analyze health management programs and monitor budget alignment
• Gather and interpret business requirements while tracking KPIs and benefits
• Create reports and provide insights to senior management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Data & PPM and data architecture principles
• Advanced expertise in Excel, including Power Query and VBA macros
• Healthcare experience is a plus
