Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to build the data engine behind client breakthroughs and enable personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to drive business decisions and answer high-impact questions
• Build and deploy scalable, self-serve tools for teams to access insights independently
• Own and evolve the data pipeline to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust across metrics and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Experience with data stack modernization and event pipeline assessment
• Proficiency in tools such as dbtCloud, Looker, Metabase, and Amplitude
• Strong background in building data pipelines and visualization tools
• Experience in a remote-first, writing-based culture
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data analytics
