Data Conversion Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infor to Workday Data Conversion Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from Infor Lawson/Cloudsuite into Workday
• Collaborate with project teams to define data conversion scope and requirements
• Validate and reconcile data post-conversion to ensure integrity within Workday tenants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with ERP data conversion, including Lawson/Infor and Workday
• Strong SQL and ETL tool experience; familiarity with Workday EIBs, iLoads, or other Workday data migration tools preferred
• Knowledge of Infor Lawson/Cloudsuite data structures and Workday data models
• Prior experience with Infor to Workday data conversion required
