Data Distribution Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Distribution Coordinator I or II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the distribution of book metadata and ONIX to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize metadata for sales performance on online platforms
• Monitor metadata performance metrics and participate in larger-scale metadata projects

Required Qualifications

• Affirmation of the organization's Statement of Faith
• At least 1 year of relevant experience for Coordinator I or 3 years for Coordinator II
• Undergraduate degree preferred; relevant higher education may reduce experience requirements
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite; experience with HTML or ONIX is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
