Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data ingestion pipelines for real-time streaming and batch processing
• Maintain a unified data platform, including a secure and scalable data lake and data warehouse
• Create automated routines for data cleaning, preprocessing, deduplication, and PII scrubbing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery and Dataflow
• A deep commitment to data privacy, security, and ethical data handling
