Data Engineer / BI Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer / BI Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and ingestion processes using Python, SQL, and BigQuery
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and semantic models in BI tools like Looker or Power BI/Tableau
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the migration process from legacy BI systems to BigQuery + Looker

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering and/or BI development
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker) or expertise in Power BI/Tableau
• Proficiency in Python for ETL/data pipeline development
• Familiarity with Git for collaborative development
