Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably in the Ad tech domain
• Ability to attract and build inclusive, high-performing teams
• Strong engineering background with experience in distributed data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Flink)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline
