Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience with data engineering teams
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in tools like dbt and Airflow
• Strong background in cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and workflow orchestration tools
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
