Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from scanned and/or processed images into the data capture system
• Meet expected hourly production volume goals and maintain quality levels
• Assist with other projects as assigned by management and maintain a neat workstation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm and 98% accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic math skills
• Reliability in task completion and follow-up
