Data Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to lead the development of impactful data solutions and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Salesforce
• Partner with data teams to support the development and improvement of data flows and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• 3+ years of experience in SQL and data analysis
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and its data structure
• Experience working with ETL processes and data integration workflows
