Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Lead to drive data strategy and execution across a portfolio of data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own data strategy and execution for high-impact data products, focusing on accuracy and client value
• Act as a player-coach to empower and guide a team of data analysts in delivering quality work
• Analyze large datasets to address investor questions and optimize data workflows and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or business intelligence, with 1-2 years in a management role
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, Pyspark, or similar programming languages
• Proficiency with GitHub and familiarity with Databricks
• Experience in capital markets, investment research, or financial services is preferred
• Strong ownership mentality and enthusiasm for collaborative work
