A company is looking for a Customer Experience Privacy and Complaints Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process data privacy deletion requests in compliance with laws and policies
- Respond to high-risk customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for resolution
- Develop best practices to enhance customer experience and minimize recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or complaint resolution
- Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Experience in compliance or legal settings is highly desirable
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to licensing requirements
