Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Quality and Operations Associate to support the Implementation Success Department by ensuring reliable data for partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and related systems for data visibility
• Ensure data quality and consistency across various platforms through regular checks and updates
• Support operational needs including invoicing, proposals, and special projects for partnerships

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data quality or project management
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Experience with data analysis and risk management systems
• Understanding of data tools such as Tableau, Retool, or HubSpot is preferred
• Ability to maintain strong attention to detail in data management
