Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Science to lead a growing team of data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to data scientists while fostering innovation and inclusion
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Build and oversee predictive models and advanced ML/AI systems to improve healthcare affordability and access

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data science with significant applied business impact; 2+ years in a managerial role
• Strong technical foundation in statistical modeling and ML algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Python and cloud-based big data ecosystems
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end data science models and systems at scale
• Experience with deep learning for personalization and multimodal data
