Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performance team of data scientists to support the ads stack

• Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Experience managing small teams of technical scientists
• Hands-on experience as a data scientist or similar role in a technology company
• Experience with hypothesis-driven product development
• Industrial experience with ads products and metrics
