Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models to predict member outcomes and analyze data for business needs
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and build key data sets to support healthcare innovation
• Develop mathematical and statistical models and validate health management program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• Experience in data science capabilities including data mining, predictive modeling, and machine learning
• Proficiency with database technologies such as Oracle, Teradata, and MS SQL Server
• Experience with R Shiny
• Strong background in structured and unstructured data analysis
