Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the design, development, and training of ML models to predict and optimize healthcare professional engagement sequences
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define and validate input data frameworks
• Conduct rigorous model validation, testing, and performance tuning using regional and market-specific data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning model development, preferably with NLP and deep learning
• Strong expertise in transformer models (e.g., BERT, xBERT) and/or Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN)
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with sequence modeling, time-series data, and optimization algorithms
