Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of new measurements, KPIs, and models for internet quality of service
• Develop statistical testing approaches for measurements and KPIs
• Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to create viable data products

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, statistics, data science, or equivalent experience
• Strong foundation in statistical inference, hypothesis testing, and data analysis
• Expertise in programming languages like Python or R, and SQL
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with internet, cellular, and broadband technology and infrastructure
