Data Standards Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Standards Analyst III to develop and maintain standards-based solutions for healthcare data exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of FHIR and CDA Implementation Guides (IGs) and coordinate public calls for requirements gathering
• Support the coordination of supplemental tooling for quality measures and lead technical discussions on HL7 Work Group calls
• Contribute to standards-based papers and serve as a subject-matter expert for internal business development activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Healthcare, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in healthcare, health IT, or related field
• Experience implementing health IT solutions
• Proficiency with HL7 standards, including CDA and FHIR
• Methodical and organized analytical skills for translating data requirements into formal standards requirements
