Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data to define and execute a comprehensive data strategy for generative video models.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the comprehensive data strategy, roadmap, and organizational vision
• Build and scale the data team, managing data engineers, scientists, analysts, and compliance specialists
• Lead negotiations for large-scale data acquisition deals with studios and content creators

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of data leadership experience in high-growth technology companies
• Deep experience with large-scale data infrastructure and machine learning pipelines
• Proven track record in developing data strategies and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with dataset licensing and compliance frameworks
• Understanding of machine learning workflows and model training data requirements
