DC/VT Licensed Medical Oncologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for Board Certified - Licensed Physician Reviewers - Medical Oncology (DC/VT License).

Key Responsibilities

• Review treatment requests and appeals for medical necessity
• Complete reviews in a telework setting, customizing caseload based on personal schedule
• Provide advisory-only opinions without establishing a doctor/patient relationship

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted DC or VT Medical License
• Active practice in the field of Medical Oncology
• Board Certified in Medical Oncology
• Ability to complete reviews efficiently, averaging 10-15 minutes per case
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099) on a per-case basis
