Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist to support a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Perform psychosocial evaluations to provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop coordinated treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree qualifying for licensure or certification in the state is required
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) or Mental Health Counselors (MHCs) with at least 2 years or 3,000 hours of clinically supervised experience required
• Must be licensed to bill independently
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a mental health setting preferred
