Demand Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Analyst - Capacity Planner and Forecaster to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage demand forecasts using statistical models for multiple business lines
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to drive budgetary decisions and staffing recommendations
• Analyze data to present complex staffing requirements and deliver vendor partner forecast models

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in service operations center, call center, or Workforce Management
• 3+ years of experience with Workforce Management software
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing projects
• 2+ years of experience driving financial plans/outcomes
• 2+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships
