Demand Planning Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planning Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced analytical tools and dashboards using SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI
• Gather feedback from Demand Planners to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Provide training and support for planning systems and lead digital capability adoption initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Advanced technical skills in SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI
• Experience with planning systems, preferably Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and S&OP process design
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and model performance diagnostics
• Ability to influence without authority and drive change across teams
