Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials & AR Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage denials, accounts receivable, and front-end billing for multiple clients
• Assist in training reimbursement analysts to resolve and appeal accounts
• Review and approve complex appeals and letters to insurance companies

Required Qualifications

• Strong leadership mindset with experience in hospital patient accounting systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting tools
• Experience in accounts receivable within a multi-hospital client organization
• Background in specialized areas such as cancer, infusions, or chemotherapy preferred
• Familiarity with Epic and Meditech systems is advantageous
