A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Advocate I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer member, provider, and broker inquiries regarding product information, benefits, claims resolution, eligibility, and billing
- Provide first-level problem resolution and document all client interactions according to established procedures
- Maintain customer records and participate in ongoing education related to new services and industry topics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year of customer service experience
- Preferred experience in a call center customer service role or familiarity with medical or insurance terminology
- Successful completion of provided training
- Demonstrated PC navigation and data entry skills
