Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or related fields, including 3+ years of team management
• Experience leading design program management or a similar function within a design or creative organization
• Deep understanding of product development life cycles and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in influencing cross-functional partners at all levels
