Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Program Manager to join their Brand Design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track design project workflows from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timely execution
• Drive process improvement by establishing project briefs, kickoff protocols, and internal review cycles
• Define and maintain a clear file organization system across Figma and Google Drive for asset accessibility

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in project management or design operations within creative organizations
• Strong grasp of organizational systems and file hygiene, particularly in Figma and Google Drive
• Experience with task management systems and collaborative platforms like Linear and Notion
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate blockers and drive projects forward independently
• Friendly yet firm in managing deadlines, scope, and process integrity
