DevOps Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvements
• Design an automation framework for rapid deployment and standardize configuration management
• Guide and mentor the team on infrastructure as code strategies and automate repetitive tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a team of DevOps engineers
• 5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role
• 2+ years experience with Ansible
• Strong background in CI/CD automation, preferably with Gitlab, Ansible, and Terraform
• Experience with centralized configuration management and KPI-driven decision making
