Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Analytics & Experimentation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute A/B and multivariate tests across digital store platforms
- Oversee the full experiment lifecycle, including hypothesis creation, setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting
- Manage a portfolio of experiments, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy and roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in experimentation, A/B testing, or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Strong background in online/digital UX and eCommerce best practices
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely)
- Proven expertise with Adobe Analytics and proficiency in Power BI
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across marketing, product, design, and engineering
