A company is looking for a Digital License Support Advocate to assist customers with licensing inquiries and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accounts and notify customers of licensing availability
- Provide customer support regarding license status and troubleshoot related issues
- Maintain and develop process flows for new or existing products as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service/support or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce
- Proven ability to adapt conversations based on the technical ability of customers
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
