About the position

The Director, Brand (Influencers, Partnerships & Social Media) at Vegamour is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance the brand’s presence in the hair wellness industry. This role focuses on building authentic relationships with influencers, leveraging social media engagement, and fostering brand partnerships to amplify storytelling and drive consumer trust. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the director will lead a team to create impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences and promote the brand’s core message of holistic hair wellness.

Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s hair wellness journey.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers for long-term partnerships.

• Design and execute integrated social media campaigns to increase audience engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and product launches.

• Allocate resources and budget efficiently to maximize ROI across influencer and social media efforts.

• Develop a content calendar integrating influencer content and brand storytelling.

• Oversee the development of compelling marketing content and influencer posts.

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative culture.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance for optimization.

Requirements
• BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing or a related role.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and emerging channels.

• Exceptional analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
