Director of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics and Insights to lead their analytics team within the Revenue Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team while conducting hands-on data analysis
• Drive data storytelling and present insights to C-level executives and stakeholders
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations and build scalable reporting frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience managing and mentoring analysts
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, along with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
• MBA, MS in Analytics, or equivalent experience preferred
