Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EMS revenue cycle operations through business analysis and recommendations for improvements
• Manage the business intelligence team, project tickets, and maintain an AGILE workflow
• Prepare data visualization tools and analysis reports for various audiences

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of related financial/business analytical experience, preferably in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare/Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (MA/MS preferred)
• Experience with visual analytics dashboards and reporting tools, with Power BI preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of modern relational databases and data manipulation tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access, including PivotTables and queries
