Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Credentialing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing of clinical staff and manage payer enrollment processes
• Administer delegated credential agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Supervise credentialing staff and develop policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in credentialing and enrollment, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing delegated credential agreements and audits
• In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes and proficiency in credentialing platforms
• Familiarity with NCQA standards and CMS guidelines
