A company is looking for a Director of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the full lifecycle marketing strategy across various channels
- Drive scale through automated, behavior-based journeys and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop robust audience strategies leveraging first- and zero-party data
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in email marketing focused on lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience in leveraging audience data for segmentation and personalization
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in designing A/B tests
- Experience with B2B lifecycle marketing strategies is a plus
