Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Migration Architects & Consultants while managing complex migration projects
• Conduct workshops with customers to gather requirements and define data migration scope
• Create data migration plans, execute migrations, and ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of data migration experience
• 4+ years of management experience
• Experience with Salesforce data migrations and understanding of Salesforce object architecture
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting
• Salesforce Administration, App Builder, and Platform Developer I Certifications
