Director of Data Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Governance to oversee the strategic development and execution of enterprise-wide data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise data governance strategy aligned with business goals
• Promote data culture by championing data literacy, stewardship, and ethical data use
• Design and implement a comprehensive data governance framework, including policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• High degree of expertise in data governance and master data management
• Experience with data management, modeling, and architecture
• Knowledge of data architecture and platforms for scalable data environments
• Experience supporting ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle from a data governance perspective
• Relevant certifications such as CDMP, PMP, or ERP-specific credentials preferred
