Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data to lead their data organization and drive the technical execution of their data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures integrating healthcare payer and provider systems
• Lead the technical strategy for mapping healthcare data sources to industry standards ensuring interoperability
• Manage and mentor a team of data professionals while establishing engineering processes and quality assurance practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare data with a strong understanding of payer and provider ecosystems
• Advanced proficiency in data architecture, engineering, and science methodologies
• Expert-level experience with Databricks and modern data stack technologies
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in startup environments
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
