Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Operations - Acquisition & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake and normalization of data from external sources to align with internal models
• Manage data distribution to external partners and monitor delivery workflows to meet service level agreements
• Supervise a small team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in data operations or data engineering, focusing on data ingestion and delivery
• Strong domain knowledge of healthcare data types (e.g., claims data, EHR data)
• Proficient in SQL for data profiling and validation of workflows
• Experience with SFTP or similar file transfer infrastructures, including user account management
