Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for the Data Science Group, aligning with business objectives
• Oversee the development and deployment of high-impact AI products, ensuring timely delivery
• Establish processes and best practices to scale data science operations and improve team efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch and Deep Learning architectures
• 2+ years of experience with Generative AI and foundational language model training
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in team building and talent development within a high-performing innovative team
