Director of Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Design & Development to lead the execution of amenity spaces in commercial office buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development process from concept through construction for new and renovated amenity spaces
• Serve as the primary design point of contact for client stakeholders and facilitate presentations while aligning creative work with business goals
• Create and manage design documentation and standards, ensuring designs meet client brand standards across projects

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in interior design or architecture, preferably in commercial, hospitality, or workplace projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit preferred
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual vision and technical precision
• Experience sourcing and specifying FF&E with procurement oversight
