Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and leading organizations
• Experience with SQL/querying languages and programmatic coding languages like Python and R preferred
• Knowledge of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques
• Experience in change management and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Microsoft PowerBI preferred
