Director of Incident Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation preparation, resolution, and preventive follow-up
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, meeting or exceeding all reporting deadlines
• Develop and deliver annual training on incident management for staff at all levels, including advanced investigation techniques

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in incident management and quality assurance within a healthcare or non-profit setting
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to incident reporting
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving program development
• Expertise in data analytics and performance metrics, particularly using tools like PowerBI
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
