A company is looking for a Director of Innovation and Brand Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define a multi-year innovation roadmap and identify whitespace opportunities in the market
- Lead new product development from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Embed consumer insights throughout the innovation process and promote a test-and-learn mindset
Required Qualifications
- 8 - 12+ years of experience in food & beverage innovation, preferably in natural/organic brands
- Proven track record of launching successful products from ideation to commercialization
- Strong understanding of CPG R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain constraints
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in stage-gate or agile innovation processes
