Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of analytics and AI strategies across all operational stages

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a strong background in mortgage operations or financial services
• Proven leadership experience in managing analytics teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
