Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize a marketplace acquisition engine to achieve GMV and customer acquisition goals
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to support B2B lead generation
- Lead a team and manage budgets to enhance customer growth while meeting LTV/CAC targets
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEM, SEO, and paid media
- Proven experience in building and leading performance marketing teams
- Strong knowledge of cross-device, multi-channel analytics and attribution
- Deep understanding of the evolving search ecosystem, including AI engines
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external resources
